VPOP – virtual point of presence is a service which enables the use of telecommunication equipment by SAT-TRAKT with the purpose of realisation of the user services. This service also implies the first level of maintenance and the „remote hand“ service which SAT-TRAKT is offering to beneficiaries of this service.
